MCFV 1050 CNC is a vertical milling machining center with numerical control. It is designed for multipurpose complex rough, semi-finish and finish working of flat/prismatic steel, cast iron and non-ferrous parts in a small-scale serial and serial production.
The lathe is designed with non-movable stand, vertical headstock, and cross-slide table. Machining is carried out by axial rotating tool along three axes.
Guiding areas are grinded and scraped. Protecting lubricant is applied along the full length of the lathe and telescopic protection is installed.
MCFV 1050 CNC can be equipped with Siemens SINUMERIK 840 D-SL or Fanuc control systems, precise positioning measuring scale can be installed as well.
Spindle rotation and feed movement is carried out by Siemens Sinamics 120 servo-drives. Basic version of the lathe can machine workpieces weighing up to 1000 kg including tool.
The machine has technical parameters of a new one after overhaul and modernization performed by System Engineering Company s.r.o. The lathe is completely equipped so machining can be started immediately after installation of tools.
